The Launch of Mango Tree
I was part of the journey of opening and establishing a new restaurant called Mango Tree.
My role was to cooperate with our boss, the kitchen crew, and colleagues by memorising ingredients of all food items, practice cashiering, and providing feedback for any possible improvements to the business.
I participated actively in all the training provided where I made the drinks, amended the recipe after consulting my boss, memorised the ingredients together with my friends after work, and practiced my salutations in Thai and how I would promote this restaurant when it first launches.
I was my boss’s favourite staff as my ideas were brilliant and brought in more sales for the company, and I managed to lure in some customers through my upselling techniques and gained some loyal customers.
